The Stockton Boulevard Plan is both a specific plan for the 4.5-mile Stockton Boulevard corridor in South Sacramento and a neighborhood action plan for the 23 surrounding neighborhoods. Ascent is leading preparation of the plan through a collaborative and inclusive planning process to build a shared vision for the corridor. The goal of the effort is to develop a plan to attract new growth and investment while prioritizing the needs of existing residents and small businesses to ensure they can remain in the area to benefit from and enjoy future investments.
